Porsche SE traded at EUR 25.41 after-hours at 9:08 p.m. CEST on September 29, 2026, according to Lang & Schwarz. The price was up 0.28 percent versus the Lang & Schwarz prior close of EUR 25.34 on September 28, 2026.

Porsche SE lowers 2026 earnings outlook

In an ad-hoc announcement dated September 18, 2026, EQS News reported that Porsche Automobil Holding SE lowered its forecast for its 2026 adjusted group result after tax. The company now expects a positive result in a range of minus EUR 0.5 billion to plus EUR 1.5 billion, compared with its previous range of EUR 1.5 billion to EUR 3.5 billion.

The issuer said the adjustment reflected the influence of its approximately 31.9 percent equity investment in Volkswagen AG. Volkswagen had lowered its 2026 operating return-on-sales forecast to up to 1 percent from 4 percent to 5.5 percent, partly because of an approximately EUR 6 billion non-cash goodwill impairment assigned to its Porsche operating segment.

Porsche SE said the impairment does not affect its adjusted or reported group result after tax because of adjustments made in previous years. The company also said the forecast change has no impact on Porsche SE Group liquidity and confirmed a 2026 net-debt forecast of EUR 4.7 billion to EUR 5.2 billion.
