Leadership change
In a September 16, 2026 release, ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE said its Supervisory Board had appointed Ingrid Heisserer as Group Chief Financial Officer, effective February 1, 2027. She will succeed Bob Rajan, who has served as interim Group CFO since October 21, 2025, and will remain in that role until Heisserer takes over.
The company said Heisserer most recently served as CFO and Chief Human Resources Officer of RTL Deutschland. Her previous career included more than two decades at L'Oréal, where she held senior finance positions in Germany, France, Russia and Brazil, according to the release.
Content licensing agreement
In a separate September 10, 2026 release, ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE said it had expanded its content licensing agreement with Paramount Global Content Licensing in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The agreement includes exclusive first-run series for the group’s free-TV channels and Joyn, as well as 1,372 library-series episodes and 1,200 episodes of Nickelodeon content for Joyn.
