Publicis Groupe announced on September 16, 2026, that it had successfully priced EUR 500 million of notes due in September 2030. The notes are being issued under the company’s Euro Medium Term Note Program dated July 24, 2026.

The bonds will be issued by MMS USA Holdings Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Publicis Groupe, and unconditionally guaranteed by Publicis Groupe SA. They carry a fixed annual coupon of 4.125 percent. Publicis Groupe said the net proceeds will contribute to financing its planned acquisition of LiveRamp, which remains subject to customary approvals and is expected to close before the end of 2026.

Publicis Groupe’s regulatory information page lists the bond announcement under its 2026 financial disclosures and separately identifies the company’s first-half 2026 results and LiveRamp acquisition materials.
