On September 22, 2026, Rentokil Initial plc said it had entered into an agreement with Bain Capital to sell SOLitude Lake Management, LLC, and its Vertex Aquatic Solutions division.
The proposed transaction has total consideration of $230 million on a cash-free, debt-free basis. Rentokil Initial estimated net cash proceeds after tax of around $180 million. The agreement is subject to Hart-Scott-Rodino clearance and was expected by the company to complete by early fourth quarter 2026.
The company said SOLitude generated FY 2025 revenue of $112 million and adjusted operating profit of $16 million.
