Sandals partnership
The issuer said it had secured committed debt financing from Morgan Stanley to fund the investment. The partnership announcement said the joint venture would combine Sandals and Beaches Resorts’ all-inclusive resort portfolio with Royal Caribbean Group’s vacation platform, while existing reservations, loyalty programs, resort operations and cruise operations would continue as usual. PR Newswire reported that the joint venture will be governed by a board under the shared leadership of Jason Liberty and Adam Stewart.
