Investegate published Sage's September 11, 2026 notice that The Sage Group plc would redeem all outstanding EUR 500 million of its 3.820 percent notes due February 15, 2028. The issuer also said it would seek cancellation of the notes' listings on the Financial Conduct Authority's official list and the London Stock Exchange's Main Market following redemption.
Make-whole amount

Sage also said holders would receive EUR 23.55 per EUR 1,000 for accrued but unpaid interest through, but excluding, the September 28 redemption date.
