INRY deploys EmployeeWorks
In a September 23, 2026 release, ServiceNow Newsroom reported that INRY and ServiceNow announced INRY’s deployment of ServiceNow EmployeeWorks. INRY, a ServiceNow partner, purchased the product in March 2026 and went live in six weeks, replacing a legacy portal with a conversational AI front door for employees.
The release said EmployeeWorks integrates with tools including Microsoft Teams, Jira and SharePoint. It also stated that the platform cut the median submission time for INRY’s self-service allocation requests by 60 percent and lifted request completion rates to 97 percent.
