SGS announced the acquisition of a majority stake in NetSentries, a cybersecurity and digital assurance specialist. The transaction is intended to expand SGS's Digital Trust portfolio and support customers addressing cybersecurity, data protection, artificial intelligence governance and operational resilience challenges. On September 21, 2026, SGS SA announced a EUR 650 million senior bond offering with a six-year maturity due in 2032 and a 4.125 percent coupon.
