SKF Vertevo distribution approved
AB SKF said in a company release dated October 1 that its Extraordinary General Meeting approved the distribution of all shares in wholly owned subsidiary SKF Vertevo AB to SKF shareholders. Five SKF class A shares entitle holders to one SKF Vertevo class A share, while five SKF class B shares entitle holders to one SKF Vertevo class B share. The record date is expected to be November 27, 2026, and the first day of trading in SKF Vertevo shares is expected to be December 1, 2026. SKF said a prospectus is planned for November, and a Capital Markets Day for SKF Vertevo is scheduled for November 17.
