Telkom Indonesia stock: shareholders approve wholesale fiber spin-off

The company said the transaction met the quorum requirements for approval by independent shareholders. Telkom Indonesia reported the approval on September 30, 2026.
Infrastructure assets consolidated
Telkom Indonesia said more than 90% of its network infrastructure assets were consolidated into InfraNexia. The company reported that the combined infrastructure includes about 112,000 kilometers of fiber-optic networks, including 26,000 kilometers of domestic submarine cable systems, with a total transaction value of about Rp85.7 trillion. The company’s release said InfraNexia will operate the wholesale infrastructure business under a carrier-neutral and open-access model.
Corporate governance changes
The extraordinary meeting also approved changes to Telkom Indonesia’s board structure. The company named Nanang Hendarno as president director and listed new assignments across finance, network, strategic business development, wholesale and international services, information technology, legal and compliance, and human capital management. Telkom Indonesia’s announcement described the changes as part of its TLKM 30 transformation strategy.
