Growth and investment objectives

TotalEnergies said the planned production growth could support an increase of around USD 10 billion in free cash flow from 2025 to 2030 at the same price assumptions. It plans net investments of USD 14 billion to USD 17 billion per year from 2027 through 2032. Shareholder returns

The board adopted a policy on September 27, 2026, to increase the dividend by more than 5 percent per year for financial years 2026 through 2030. It also authorized USD 2.5 billion in share buybacks for the fourth quarter of 2026 and between USD 2 billion and USD 2.5 billion for the first quarter of 2027.
