The securities comprise 4.302 percent senior notes due 2030 and 4.693 percent senior notes due 2033. Warner Bros. Discovery said the voluntary delisting is connected with the pending acquisition of the company by Paramount Skydance Corporation and would not affect the terms of the Euro Notes if completed.

Expected filing date

Warner Bros. Discovery expects to file a Form 25 notification with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on or around October 6, 2026, while reserving the right to delay the filing. The delisting would become effective on the 10th day after the filing, according to the company release.
