Auto Hall (MA0000010969) reported consolidated net income of MAD 64.8 million for the first half of 2026, up 37 percent from MAD 47.3 million a year earlier. The result gives Auto Hall stock a stronger earnings backdrop as the Moroccan distributor expands vehicle sales and related services.
According to Alphabourse on September 25, 2026, consolidated revenue reached MAD 3.344 billion in the first half of 2026, 25 percent above the MAD 2.678 billion reported for the first half of 2025.
Sales growth outpaced the market
Auto Hall sold 13,010 new passenger cars and light commercial vehicles in the first half of 2026, compared with 10,342 units in the same period of 2025. That 25.8 percent increase exceeded the 17.6 percent growth in Moroccan registrations for the same vehicle categories, according to LesEco.ma on September 25, 2026.
The operating result rose 42 percent to MAD 172.3 million in the first half of 2026, from MAD 121.3 million a year earlier. Revenue therefore grew more slowly than operating profit, pointing to improved operating leverage during the reporting period.
What does the growth mean?
The answer lies partly in the conversion of higher volumes into profitability. Auto Hall linked the improvement to a more favorable business mix, stronger productivity, cost control and better absorption of fixed expenses, while its portfolio includes established brands and newer Asian marques.
The parent company's separate result before tax reached MAD 242.4 million in the first half of 2026, up 294 percent. That figure includes a MAD 143.8 million property gain related to a transfer between Auto Hall and its subsidiary. Excluding the exceptional item, the result rose from MAD 61.5 million to MAD 98.6 million, a 60.3 percent increase, as reported by My Morocco Observer on September 28, 2026.
Services broaden the earnings base
Auto Hall is also developing used vehicles, financing, insurance and mobility services around its distribution network. Its 2025 reference document recorded MAD 36.6 million in vehicle-finance commissions, compared with MAD 19.7 million in 2024, indicating that customer relationships can generate income beyond the initial vehicle sale.
The company's website lists October 31, 2026, as the expiry date for a DFSK E5 plug-in hybrid promotion. That date provides a near-term commercial marker, while the next financial assessment will show whether the stronger first-half operating economics persist into the second half.
Casablanca quote remains the market marker
A Casablanca Stock Exchange closing quote of MAD 60.00 was dated October 15, 2026. Auto Hall is listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange under ticker ATH.MA, in the Retail Trade sector and Specialty Stores industry.
