- Deva Holding completed the third quarterly coupon payment on its TLREF-linked bond.
- The financing instrument matures in January 2028 and carries an additional return over TLREF.
- The company supplies pharmaceutical products and active ingredients to international markets.
Deva Holding completed the third coupon payment on its floating-rate Turkish lira bond on October 19, 2026, according to TipRanks. The instrument has a nominal value of TRY 400 million, is linked to TLREF plus an additional 1 percent return and matures in January 2028.
Scheduled payment keeps debt financing in view
The coupon was paid to qualified investors in the domestic market. The transaction underlines Deva Holding's continued use of debt financing alongside its operating business, while the company's AA (tr) rating from JCR Avrasya provides a credit-quality reference for the instrument.
The payment itself does not establish a change in the company's earnings outlook or share-price direction. For investors, the key issue is how future financing costs, pharmaceutical demand and operating cash flow develop as the bond approaches maturity.
Pharmaceutical platform with global reach
Deva Holding develops and manufactures human and veterinary pharmaceuticals, active pharmaceutical ingredients and sterile dosage forms. On its company website, the Istanbul-based group highlights operations across 15 therapeutic areas and deliveries to more than 80 countries. Its portfolio spans oncology, cardiology, respiratory medicine, dermatology, anti-infectives, supplements and other treatment categories, giving the company a broader international footprint than a purely domestic pharmaceutical producer.
