- Management said Brazil's regulatory uncertainty has temporarily closed its Brazilian studio.
Evolution returned to year-on-year revenue growth in the third quarter, according to the company's interim report published on October 23, 2026. The report was carried by Placera, while Evolution's investor-relations page lists the January-September report with the same publication date.
Revenue growth returns in Q3
Net revenue rose 3.7 percent year on year to EUR 526.1 million in the third quarter. Adjusted EBITDA increased 2.7 percent to EUR 345.9 million, but the adjusted EBITDA margin declined to 65.8 percent from 66.4 percent.
Profit for the period fell to EUR 243.3 million from EUR 252.3 million. Earnings per share increased to EUR 1.31 from EUR 1.25. For the first nine months, revenue rose 0.3 percent to EUR 1,557.0 million, while adjusted EBITDA declined 0.2 percent to EUR 1,022.2 million.
Regional and product mix
Chief Executive Officer Martin Carlesund said all regions reported quarter-on-quarter growth for the first time since 2024. Europe grew 0.4 percent quarter on quarter and Asia 0.8 percent, while year-on-year growth in North America, Latin America and Africa was 13.6 percent, 23.1 percent and 23.7 percent, respectively.
The Live segment grew 2.6 percent year on year and RNG increased 10.1 percent. Evolution also launched new games including Monopoly Roll'em and Disco Balls, introduced the US-focused Spinning Whale slots brand and said Ice Fishing would be rolled out in North America during the fourth quarter.
Brazil remains a key uncertainty
Evolution said Brazil's regulatory framework was rolled back at the beginning of October after a presidential decision. The company said the final outcome remains unclear and that its Brazilian studio is temporarily closed. Management added that strong momentum in the rest of Latin America should offset part of the impact.
At Lang & Schwarz, the stock was quoted at EUR 74.70 on October 29, 2026, at 22:59:58 Berlin time. The quote had a bid of EUR 74.32 and an ask of EUR 75.08. A dated Xetra comparison is not included here.
For investors, the report points to a return to group-wide revenue growth, but also to a narrower adjusted margin and region-specific regulatory risk. The figures describe the reported period and do not by themselves establish the cause of any share-price movement.
