Fattal Hotels plans to expand its Israeli portfolio with at least 12 new hotels by 2030, according to a report by The Jerusalem Post published on October 16, 2026. The projects are expected to add more than 2,000 rooms and are at different stages of development.

New projects across Israel

The reported pipeline includes an Avra hotel in Eilat, a NYX hotel with a water park at the Dead Sea, another NYX property in Jerusalem and the Palatin Hotel in Tel Aviv. The planned developments would broaden Fattal's presence in several of Israel's main tourism markets.

The group is also renovating existing properties, including hotels in Tel Aviv, Haifa, Tiberias, the Dead Sea, Jerusalem, Eilat and Ashdod. The Jerusalem Post reported that Fattal has invested hundreds of millions of shekels in these upgrades in recent years.

Collections and European reach

Alongside established brands such as Leonardo, U, Herods and NYX, Fattal is developing the Fattal Limited Edition and Fattal Colors collections. The former focuses on luxury properties, while the latter targets urban boutique hotels with a stronger connection to local neighborhoods.

David Fattal, the group's founder and controlling shareholder, said the company operates in 17 of Europe's 20 most popular tourist cities, with 87 hotels across those destinations. The same report said the group operates 332 hotels in 22 countries and offers more than 59,000 rooms, based on company figures.
