Ferro pays PLN 2.36 dividend as Ferro stock costs EUR 6.72
Published on 10/08/2026 at 10:53 | Editorial responsibility: Rafael Müller, Editor-in-Chief AD HOC NEWSFerro's PLN 2.36 per-share dividend was due for payment on October 8, 2026, according to BiznesRadar.pl. Ferro stock stood at EUR 6.72 at Lang & Schwarz on October 8, 2026, unchanged versus the EUR 6.72 prior close. The payout gives the stock a cash-return angle while the latest operating figures point to improving profitability.
Dividend date puts cash in view
BiznesRadar.pl reported that Ferro had approved a PLN 50.14 million dividend from fiscal 2025 earnings, equal to PLN 2.36 per share. The dividend record date was September 11, 2026, and the payment date was October 8, 2026.
The cash distribution matters because it is large relative to the company's half-year earnings. The same report put first-half 2026 operating cash flow at PLN 76.5 million and net debt at 0.41 times EBITDA, supporting a balance-sheet reading that is less stretched than the payout headline alone suggests.
Profit grows faster than sales
Ferro's first-half 2026 net profit reached PLN 34.86 million, up 13.30 percent from PLN 30.78 million in first-half 2025, while revenue increased 1.00 percent to PLN 373.22 million, according to Bankier.pl. EBITDA rose 28.00 percent to PLN 58.10 million, showing that margin improvement, rather than sales volume, carried the period.
The second quarter also cleared expectations on profitability. Bankier.pl said second-quarter net profit was PLN 14.90 million versus a PLN 10.40 million consensus, a 43.27 percent premium to expectations. Revenue, however, came in at PLN 173.60 million against a PLN 179.40 million consensus, leaving demand as the weaker part of the report.
Flat price leaves results unresolved
The contrast between stronger profit and nearly unchanged revenue gives Ferro a clear investor debate: cost discipline is working, but demand growth remains limited. First-half foreign sales reached PLN 225.00 million, or 60.00 percent of revenue, while installation-fittings revenue rose 7.00 percent to PLN 125.50 million, according to BiznesRadar.pl. Those figures show diversification, but they also leave the company exposed to uneven regional demand.
At Lang & Schwarz, Ferro stock was trading at EUR 6.72 on October 8, 2026 at 10:41 a.m. CEST, unchanged against the EUR 6.72 prior close from October 7, 2026. The further course of trading is shown by the continuously updated real-time quote of Ferro stock.
