Sales growth meets profit pressure

The earnings comparison was materially weaker. Net income changed from EUR 9.04 million in H1 2025 to a EUR 1.67 million loss in H1 2026, while EBITDA fell from EUR 30.8 million to EUR 27.7 million, according to Euro2day.

Guidance points to recovery

Management maintained its 2026 guidance, with group sales of EUR 645 million, a gross profit margin of 46.5 percent and EBIT of EUR 15 million to EUR 17 million. The forecast includes EUR 10.7 million of nonrecurring transformation and reorganization expenses, as reported by Euro2day.

The key investor calculation is operational rather than purely top-line. H1 sales were higher by EUR 20.05 million year over year, but EBIT moved from a EUR 6.0 million profit to a EUR 1.6 million loss. That gap makes cost control and the contribution from new stores central to the full-year outcome.
