Javer stock stays delisted after Vinte acquired 99.92 percent
Published on 10/07/2026 at 01:00 | Editorial responsibility: Rafael Müller, Editor-in-Chief AD HOC NEWSJaver stock remains delisted after Vinte acquired 99.92 percent of the housing developer, ending its public-market status on the Bolsa Mexicana de Valores. Real Estate Market reported that the delisting was approved on February 5, 2025, with 99.94 percent of voting shareholders supporting the measure.
Vinte now controls the company
The transaction followed Vinte's acquisition of 99.92 percent of Javer's outstanding capital in December 2024. The remaining public-market process included an offer of MXN 14.94 per share, a figure reported by Real Estate Market on April 25, 2025.
For investors, the key change is structural: Javer continues as an operating housing business, but the former BMV equity story is now tied to Vinte's broader corporate platform rather than a freely traded Javer share.
2024 results show operating scale
Javer's investor-relations page reports 11,985 units sold in 2024, revenue of MXN 9,596 million, EBITDA of MXN 1,750 million and free cash flow of MXN 630 million. These figures describe the last full-year operating profile presented on the company site, which identifies Javer as a developer of entry-level, middle-income and residential housing across seven Mexican states.
The quarterly record also showed measurable improvement before the ownership change. In the third quarter of 2024, revenue reached MXN 2,481.1 million, up 6.5 percent year over year, while EBITDA rose 11.8 percent to MXN 460.9 million and net income increased 42.9 percent to MXN 217.9 million, according to Quartr in its Q3 2024 earnings summary.
Operating figures replace the quote
The same summary shows a 32.5 percent gross margin in Q3 2024, compared with 31.8 percent in Q3 2023, while the EBITDA margin rose to 18.6 percent from 17.7 percent. That combination of revenue growth and margin expansion explains why Javer's historical results remain relevant for assessing the business now integrated into Vinte.
Javer's investor-relations materials also state that the company generated positive free cash flow in 2024 and emphasizes working-capital management as a core part of its model. The operating figures provide the clearest measurable profile of the business following the 2025 delisting.
Javer stock remains delisted
The Javer stock story is therefore a corporate-status story rather than a live exchange quotation: Vinte owns the company, and Javer's shares were removed from the BMV after the February 5, 2025 approval.
