Nanosonics stock enters FY2027 with AUD 220 million guidance
Published on 10/07/2026 at 07:06 | Editorial responsibility: Rafael Müller, Editor-in-Chief AD HOC NEWSNanosonics stock (ISIN AU000000NAN9) was last at AUD 2.87 on the ASX in Sydney on October 7, 2026, up 0.35 percent from AUD 2.86. The company enters fiscal 2027 with revenue guidance of AUD 220 million to AUD 228 million at constant currency, following FY2026 revenue of AUD 203.9 million.
FY2026 sets the base
According to Yahoo Finance, Nanosonics reported FY2026 revenue growth of 3 percent, while constant-currency revenue rose 6 percent to AUD 211.5 million. Reported EBIT was AUD 16.0 million, compared with AUD 21.6 million at constant currency, where EBIT growth reached 21 percent.
The result also showed a clear split between the established trophon platform and the investment phase of CORIS. Trophon-only EBIT reached AUD 50.6 million on a reported basis and AUD 56.5 million at constant currency, up 16 percent, while the company continued funding the next platform.
CORIS moves toward launch
Nanosonics said in the FY2026 call that CORIS commercial launch activity is planned for the first half of FY2027 after regulatory clearances in the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and the first US FDA 510(k) clearance. Management expects initial CORIS revenue in the low single-digit millions during the launch year.
The FY2027 guidance range of AUD 220 million to AUD 228 million implies growth of 8 percent to 12 percent over reported FY2026 revenue. Gross margin guidance is 74 percent to 76 percent, while operating expenses are expected at AUD 156 million to AUD 163 million as commercialization spending increases.
RBC target reaches AUD 3.75
As TipRanks reported on September 15, 2026, RBC Capital upgraded Nanosonics from Sector Perform to Outperform and raised its price target from AUD 3.00 to AUD 3.75. The new target lies 30.7 percent above the ASX price of AUD 2.87.
That valuation view depends on trophon continuing to generate cash while CORIS receives additional investment. Nanosonics ended FY2026 with AUD 155.2 million in cash and launched a further share buyback of up to AUD 40 million, after completing a AUD 20 million buyback during the year.
Stock remains below its yearly high
Nanosonics stock traded between AUD 2.86 and AUD 2.90 during the October 7 session. Its 52-week range was AUD 2.64 to AUD 4.76, placing the latest price 39.7 percent below the high and 8.7 percent above the low.
The company's annual general meeting is scheduled for November 4, 2026, according to Simply Wall St. For investors, the central test is whether CORIS can add growth without eroding the cash generation of the trophon business.
