Reysas stock: Adana warehouse project adds logistics capacity

Reysas Gayrimenkul Yatirim Ortakligi A.S. has secured a construction permit for a new warehouse project in Adana, according to TipRanks. The permit covers a 54,100.20-square-meter parcel in the Saricam district’s Suluca neighborhood.

New logistics space planned

The planned facility will contain two blocks and five independent sections, with a closed area of 37,257 square meters. Reysas intends to lease the warehouse space to existing and potential customers, linking the project to recurring rental income rather than a one-off property sale.

Construction is scheduled to start on October 26, 2026, and completion is targeted for the second quarter of 2027. For investors, the project points to an expansion of leasable capacity in Adana, although the announcement does not provide expected rental revenue or project costs.

Reysas GYO’s latest project adds to its logistics real estate development pipeline in Turkey. The company said it would continue informing investors and the public about further developments, leaving construction progress and subsequent leasing activity as the next operational milestones.
