Sky Network Television stock heads toward November 20 annual meeting

Sky Network Television will hold its 2026 annual meeting on Friday, November 20, at 11:00 a.m. New Zealand Daylight Time in Auckland and online. The company published the meeting notice on October 21, according to BusinessDesk.

Shareholders get two attendance options

The meeting will take place at The Maritime Room on Princes Wharf, Auckland. Shareholders may also participate through the Computershare online meeting platform, giving investors outside Auckland a remote attendance option.

The notice is the next formal governance milestone for the New Zealand-listed broadcaster. The meeting will give shareholders an opportunity to consider the company’s annual business and engage with its board and management.

Investor calendar points ahead

Sky’s investor centre lists December 31, 2026, as the FY27 half-year end and June 30, 2026, as the FY26 financial year end. The company’s investor calendar therefore places the November meeting between the full-year reporting cycle and the next half-year reporting milestone.
