- SurgePays signed a definitive agreement making iPMobile its exclusive rural broadband sales channel partner.
- Participating providers can offer wireless services under their own brands while SurgePays operates the platform and back office.
- The partnership gives SurgePays access to broadband providers with established customer relationships.
SurgePays announced a definitive agreement with iPMobile on Thursday, October 29, 2026, expanding its GrowthLine platform into the rural broadband market. The company said iPMobile will recruit providers while SurgePays supplies the wireless operation, according to GlobeNewswire.
New channel for GrowthLine
iPMobile will act as SurgePays' exclusive rural broadband sales channel partner. It is expected to recruit more than 15 rural broadband providers to GrowthLine over the next 12 months, while the partnership is expected to serve hundreds of thousands of customers over time.
The arrangement allows participating providers to sell wireless service under their own brands. SurgePays will provide carrier access, activation, billing and payments, customer care, compliance and daily operations through GrowthLine.
Operating model shifts toward partners
Each provider will retain its customer-facing brand and receive a negotiated share of margin after direct costs. iPMobile will manage recruitment and commercial relationships, while SurgePays operates the wireless service and back office.
The announcement extends the platform strategy SurgePays launched for partners earlier in October. The company says GrowthLine uses infrastructure it has already built, allowing new partner brands to use the same operating platform while directing their budgets toward customer acquisition.
