- Shareholders will vote on three board appointments or reappointments at the December 4 meeting.
- The agenda also covers auditor remuneration and a small reduction in the aggregate director fee limit from January 2027.
Synlait Milk has scheduled its annual meeting for Friday, December 4, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. New Zealand time. The meeting will be held at the company's Dunsandel facility in Canterbury and will also be available online.
The company announced the meeting on November 5. According to Synlait Milk, shareholders will vote on the re-election of Leon Fung and the election of Katherine Turner and Xu Yanqun, also known as Yvonne Xu, as directors.
Board Votes Lead Meeting Agenda
Fung is the company's chief executive and also serves as a non-independent director. The proposed board changes come as Synlait works through a leadership and operational reset following a difficult financial year.
The agenda includes two further resolutions. Shareholders will be asked to authorise the board to set auditor remuneration and to reduce the aggregate annual limit for directors' fees from 827,550 New Zealand dollars to 827,250 New Zealand dollars, effective January 1, 2027.
The meeting will require in-person attendees to arrive by 10:30 a.m. for registration and site safety checks. Online participation will be available through the meeting platform listed in the company announcement.
