Townsquare Media stock faces leadership change as Quinn exits

Townsquare Media Chief Growth Officer Kelly Quinn is preparing to leave after 25 years with the company, Radio Ink reported on Wednesday, October 28. Quinn said he plans to take time away before deciding what comes next.

Long tenure in digital growth

Quinn joined Townsquare through the companys 2010 acquisition of Regent Communications. He later became Townsquares first corporate vice president of sales before moving to Townsquare Ignite in 2021 as senior vice president of digital sales and the Midwest region.

He became chief revenue officer of Townsquare Ignite in January 2025 and took the chief growth officer role at the start of 2026. Townsquare Chief Operating Officer Erik Hellum told Radio Ink partner publication RBR+TVBR that Quinn had made a major contribution to the companys growth, digital transformation and employee development.

Investor focus shifts to execution

The leadership change comes as Townsquare continues to emphasize digital revenue alongside its local media operations. Quinns departure creates a management transition in an area central to the companys stated digital strategy, while his next professional step remains undecided.

Townsquare Media operates local and national media brands, live events and Townsquare Interactive. Its digital marketing unit offers search engine optimization, reputation management, social media management, business listings and web and mobile services for local businesses. The company combines media advertising with digital marketing solutions across local markets.
