A QR code on a ladder, an exoskeleton for roofers, and an AI tool that writes safety code — all launched on the same day — signal a shift toward holistic workplace safety in Germany. On 30 June 2026, multiple companies and institutes unveiled solutions that blend physical equipment, digital documentation, and artificial intelligence under the umbrella of height-access safety.
Ladder manufacturer KRAUSE led the push with KRAUSE 360° competence, a system that ties traditional climbing gear to consulting services, inspection support, and online tools.
