Zurich Insurance rolls out UK virtual GP service, shares in focus on SIX Swiss Exchange

Zurich Insurance Group (CH0011075394) has introduced a free 24/7 virtual GP service for UK Club Blue brokers, according to a 25 June update from its UK media center. New virtual GP offer for UK brokers

In its latest broker communication, Zurich’s UK unit stated that it is rolling out a free, always-on virtual GP service for members of its Club Blue broker program, timed with the initiative’s three-year anniversary in 2026. Club Blue is Zurich’s relationship platform for selected brokers in the UK commercial and retail markets, and the new GP offering adds to its package of support services. Alongside the broker-focused initiative, Zurich UK on 25 June published analysis warning that record-breaking May heat could leave over 100,000 homes at risk of becoming uninhabitable due to overheating and related building issues. Zurich also reported that its UK retail protection claims payments increased by 9 percent in 2025, with more than 5,500 customers receiving life, critical illness and income protection payouts.
