Jefferies Keeps Buy Rating on OHB Ahead of Nine-Month Results as Shares Retreat

Jefferies reaffirmed its buy recommendation on OHB SE and held its price target at 280 euros, a day before the Bremen-based space group is due to report nine-month figures. The stock slipped 4.6% in the same session, a pullback that media reports linked to possible profit-taking after a strong run rather than to any negative company news. No confirmed trigger was identified.
Analyst Chloe Lemarie expects the positive momentum from the first half to have carried through, leaving OHB on track to meet its full-year targets. The company will publish and present its results for the first nine months of 2026 on 12 November.
MediaMobil stake and Astroscale memorandum
On the corporate side, OHB agreed a strategic partnership with MediaMobil Communication on Monday. Under the deal, OHB is acquiring a 25% stake in the company through a capital increase. OHB did not disclose a purchase price in its announcement.

A letter of intent signed with Astroscale Holdings, meanwhile, covers the exploration of possible joint activities in space security, space situational awareness and in-orbit services. According to both companies, the agreement provides for examining potential cooperation only; it contains no concrete orders or financial terms.
Mainz test stand completed under Eu-BEST
OHB Digital Connect reported on 22 October that the EU-funded Eu-BEST project had concluded with the construction and final acceptance of a modular test stand at its Mainz site. The facility is used to test rocket engines and rocket stages. The EU contributed 4.96 million euros to the project. OHB Digital Connect was responsible for the stand's mechanical structures and also developed a thrust measurement system.
Roughly two weeks earlier, the European Space Agency commissioned OHB subsidiary OHB System with feasibility and preliminary design studies for OASIS, a planned European lunar infrastructure concept. The award covers the studies at this stage.
