Office Chair Maker Bets Big on Discount Blitz as New Electric Model Hits the Market

The timing could hardly be tighter. Just one day after LiberNovo's new electric office chair, the "Omni Pro," went on sale in Japan, the company unveiled a sweeping global promotion campaign with discounts reaching as high as 44 percent in parts of Europe.
The Omni Pro, which underwent a workplace product test on August 18, 2026, blends conventional ergonomic design with electronic features aimed at improving posture and easing tension during the workday. Its arrival coincides with the launch of several new product lines and a coordinated sales push across multiple continents.
A Chair That Breathes, Stretches, and Lasts
At the heart of the Omni Pro sits an integrated electric lumbar support system paired with two dedicated operating modes. The "AirFlow Mode" handles ventilation through two intensity settings — a gentle breeze option that keeps running for up to 36 hours, and a stronger wind setting that delivers nine hours of use. Power comes from a 3,000 mAh battery that takes roughly 4 hours and 38 minutes to fully charge.
The chair's stretch function is designed for once-daily use, with a single charge sustaining that routine for up to 30 days. Assembly, however, is no small task. Testers found that putting the chair together in a professional setting took just under an hour and required three people.
As workplace comfort becomes a bigger priority, ensuring that your office setup meets health and safety standards is just as important as the equipment itself. Japan Launch Kicks Off the Rollout
Sales of the Omni series began on Amazon.co.jp on August 17. Entry-level pricing for the lineup starts at 117,889 yen including tax, while the Omni Pro carries a regular price tag of 229,000 yen. A promotional price of 196,759 yen was listed the same day.
Customers who commit to a purchase by August 24 receive a three-piece original gift set, according to company statements. A 30-day return window provides additional buyer protection.
Support Week 2026: Regional Discounts and a New Line for Larger Users
The "Support Week 2026" campaign runs from August 25 to September 8 across the European Union and the United Kingdom, with the promotion starting a day earlier, on August 24, in the United States and Canada.
Discount structures vary by market. EU customers can see reductions of up to 44 percent, while UK shoppers get up to 39 percent off. Across the Atlantic, the ceiling sits at 37 percent in the US and 35 percent in Canada.
The campaign also marks the debut of the "Maxis-Serie," a range built specifically for larger users. These chairs feature a 52-centimeter seat depth and a reinforced frame rated for loads up to 181 kilograms. The backrest adjusts across five positions, tilting between 105 and 160 degrees. Buyers can choose from three configurations: "Manual," "Electric," and "Airflow."
Updated Warranty Terms and an Expanded Portfolio
LiberNovo has also revised its warranty policy, effective August 14. Chair frames now carry a standard six-year warranty, extendable to seven years for early buyers. Electronic components are covered for two years.
