Radiant Uranium Corp. is wasting little time converting its freshly expanded land package into an active work schedule. In a strategic update released Thursday, the Canadian explorer laid out the preparatory steps it has set in motion across two of its holdings — Key Lake Road and Gorilla Lake — just days after locking up a third Saskatchewan property.

Permits, Lines and Drills at Key Lake Road

At Key Lake Road, the company is assembling a multi-stage work program that begins with the necessary permitting applications. Crews are also preparing to clear lines for geophysical survey work, with induced polarization (IP) surveys forming the technical core of the campaign. Diamond drilling is slated to follow, designed to test the geological target zones at depth.

The sequence is deliberately stacked: regulatory approvals first, then line-cutting and IP measurements, and only then the drill bit. Nothing moves on the ground until the paperwork clears.

Ground Truthing and Drill Permits at Gorilla Lake

Work at Gorilla Lake runs on a parallel track but with a different emphasis. There, the focus sits on geological verification in the field alongside the submission of the corresponding drill permits. As with Key Lake Road, Radiant Uranium stressed that every proposed program remains subject to regulatory approvals, consultation processes and final internal planning.

Should investors sell immediately? Or is it worth buying Radiant Uranium?

Company statements framed the announcement as a disclosure of planned exploration steps, not as completed drilling results or operational milestones.

Cross Lake Deal Adds a Third Asset

The operational blueprint arrives on the heels of an acquisition unveiled Tuesday. Radiant Uranium secured an option to acquire a full 100% interest in the Cross Lake property from Bromell Mining LLP. The package covers 2,048 hectares and carries a 1% net smelter return (NSR) royalty.

The consideration is structured in stages: cash payments totaling $200,000, the issuance of 4,000,000 common shares, and a commitment to spend $250,000 on exploration work. That mandatory fieldwork obligation is aimed squarely at advancing on-the-ground activity and readying the property for future programs.

Cross Lake also comes with a historical estimate dating back to 1979, which recorded 371,038 pounds of U?O? at a grade of 1.2435 pounds per tonne. Radiant Uranium was explicit that this figure must be treated strictly as a historical estimate — it does not constitute a current mineral resource or mineral reserve.

Where the Portfolio Goes From Here

Management is sticking with its acquisition-driven playbook and continues to review further opportunities in the resource sector. With the Cross Lake option now in hand, the company's attention shifts to executing the technical work on the ground.

The timing of the Key Lake Road and Gorilla Lake programs hinges squarely on regulatory approvals and consultations. Only once those clearances are in place can the surveys and drilling get underway.
