A fresh contract win is giving Renk Group a timely lift as the German transmission maker steers toward a pivotal nine-month report, though the mood among analysts remains decidedly mixed.
Patria has placed a follow-up order with Renk for HSWL 076 gearboxes destined for the TRACKX vehicle family, a deal carrying a total value of EUR 30 million. Deliveries under the arrangement are slated to begin in 2027, meaning the agreement shores up the company's medium-term backlog without yet altering its near-term earnings picture.
Jefferies wasted little time in reading the development as a positive. Analyst Vanessa Jeffriess called the follow-up order a solid start to the final quarter of 2026 on Wednesday, and kept her rating on Renk Group at "Buy."

That optimism is not shared across the board. According to media reports, Bank of America downgraded the stock from "Buy" to "Neutral" roughly two weeks ago, simultaneously trimming its price target from EUR 62.50 to EUR 42.50. The shares have shed 6.5% since that reassessment.
The broader trend has been punishing. Renk's equity has lost 36% of its value since the start of the year, and the stock closed Friday's session at EUR 34.35. With a market capitalization of EUR 3.40 billion, the company now carries a valuation that leaves little room for disappointment.
What comes next hinges on the interim report for the first nine months, which Renk Group has scheduled for release on November 5, 2026. That disclosure will offer the clearest read yet on how the operating business is performing and the extent to which existing contracts are underpinning profitability.
