A two-week administrative sprint has reshaped the market footprint of Radiant Uranium Corp., with the company's shares now trading across four exchanges under a fresh identity. The final piece fell into place on 13 August 2026, when the stock began trading in Düsseldorf — capping a rapid transition that began with the company's departure from the TSX Venture Exchange on 6 August.

The move to the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE), where the stock now trades under the ticker RUC, came with a rebranding that took effect on 14 August. The former Kirkstone Metals Corp. now operates as Radiant Uranium Corp., a name change that coincided with listings in Frankfurt and on the XETRA electronic system on 10 August, followed by the Düsseldorf debut three days later.

A Leaner Regulatory Environment

Chief executive Clive Massey framed the exchange switch as a bid for greater operational flexibility. The previous listing carried "unnecessary hurdles," he said, which the company hopes to avoid as it evaluates new uranium projects. Management has described the CSE as a more company-friendly environment that should streamline the review of potential acquisitions and reduce administrative drag on exploration work.

That ambition extends beyond the current portfolio. Radiant Uranium has signalled it is scouting "other possible objects for acquisitions," suggesting the three-project footprint in Saskatchewan could grow.

Three Projects, One World-Class District

The company's value rests on early-stage uranium assets in the Athabasca Basin, a region widely regarded as home to the world's highest-grade uranium deposits.

  • Key Lake Road Project: More than 5,500 hectares situated roughly 90 kilometres south of the Key Lake mine and mill. Recent geological work in the DD Zone returned uranium enrichment of up to 642 ppm, while the Highway Zone showed near-surface intervals grading 1.9 percent triuranium octoxide (U3O8) over 0.29 metres.
  • Gorilla Lake Project: A 6,949.90-hectare property held 100 percent by Radiant Uranium, located within the Carswell impact structure — a formation with a substantial history of uranium production.
  • Douglas River Project: An additional early-stage exploration asset providing further presence in the province's northern mining district.

Permitting for upcoming diamond drilling and geophysical surveys at Gorilla Lake and Key Lake Road is already underway, with results expected to emerge over the coming months.

The Numbers Behind the Story

The market has yet to assign significant value to the junior explorer. Market capitalisation stands at roughly C$6.59 million, with an enterprise value of about C$5.99 million. The debt-to-equity ratio sits at 0.4, while the equity ratio was 67.22 percent at the last reporting date. Roughly 41.2 million shares are outstanding, and the company pays no dividend — management is banking on discovery-driven appreciation instead.

In Europe, the stock trades at approximately EUR 0.09 on the Hamburg and Tradegate exchanges. The 52-week range tells a story of extreme volatility: a low of EUR 0.08 against a high of EUR 9.20. Such swings are hardly unusual for small uranium explorers navigating rebranding and listing transitions.

The company recently closed its planned acquisition of Samson Metals, a move intended to refocus resources squarely on the Athabasca core projects. With global demand for nuclear energy on the rise, Radiant Uranium is betting that the basin's discovery potential — and a leaner administrative structure — will translate into shareholder value.
