Inferize acquisition
On October 1, Nebius announced that it had acquired Inferize, an inference-optimization company, according to the issuer-authored release distributed via Business Wire. Inferize’s technology and team joined Nebius Token Factory, the company’s managed inference platform for production AI. Nebius said the technology is intended to shorten the time needed to launch and scale large AI models, helping capacity align more closely with usage and improving capacity utilization. The release said Inferize was founded in January 2026 and developed a working prototype within three months. Inferize’s engineers were to begin integrating the technology into Token Factory. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Nebius is listed on Nasdaq under the symbol NBIS, according to its Investor Hub.
