In a report published September 28, Yahoo Finance, citing Bloomberg, said Petrobras CEO Magda Chambriard indicated that the company did not currently plan to increase its stake in Braskem.
The report also said Chambriard indicated Petrobras would not inject additional capital into Braskem unless other shareholders contributed as well. Petrobras remains involved with Braskem through its shareholder and commercial relationship, according to the report.
