Financing for LiveRamp acquisition
The issuance was carried out by MMS USA Holdings Inc. and carries an unconditional and irrevocable guarantee from Publicis Groupe S.A. The proceeds are intended to contribute to financing the acquisition of LiveRamp, which remains subject to customary regulatory approvals and was expected to be completed by the end of 2026, the company release said.

Publicis Groupe said the bonds were issued under its Euro Medium Term Note program dated July 24, 2026. Citi acted as global coordinator and joint lead manager alongside BNP Paribas, BofA Securities, HSBC and Lloyds, according to the release.
