Publicis Groupe reports EUR 500.00 million bond issue priced on September 16, 2026

Publicis Groupe said on September 16, 2026, that it had successfully priced an offering of EUR 500.00 million of notes due in September 2030. The notes carry a fixed annual coupon of 4.125 percent, according to the company’s issuer-authored release.
Financing for LiveRamp transaction
The notes are being issued under Publicis Groupe’s Euro Medium Term Note Program dated July 24, 2026. The bonds will be issued by MMS USA Holdings Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Publicis Groupe, and unconditionally guaranteed by Publicis Groupe. The net proceeds are intended to contribute to financing the acquisition of LiveRamp, which remains subject to customary approvals and was expected to close before the end of 2026, the company release said.
