Funding programs renewed
On September 30, 2026, Snam’s Board of Directors approved the annual renewal of the Euro Medium Term Notes program and the three-year renewal of the Euro Commercial Paper program, according to the Snam release.
The maximum overall amount of the EMTN program remains EUR 15.00 billion. Snam said the program’s residual capacity was approximately EUR 2.60 billion at the time of the announcement. The ECP program was renewed with a maximum overall amount of EUR 3.50 billion and maturities of up to 364 days.
