Tate & Lyle PLC reported that Societe Generale’s voting-rights position reached 5.259978 percent on September 25, 2026, up from 4.764586 percent previously. The notification was made to Tate & Lyle on September 28 and published through RNS on September 29. The filing lists 23,430,573 direct voting rights attached to the company’s shares.
