Evanescence will release the The Open Door (20th Anniversary Deluxe Edition) on 6 November 2026. The remastered set expands the album with four bonus tracks and archival material.
Evanescence’s The Open Door set adds four bonus tracks
The collection pairs the original album with a newly remastered presentation and four additional tracks. Craft Recordings’ release details specify 2-LP, CD and digital formats for the 6 November 2026 edition.
Three additions come from the The Open Door era: If You Don’t Mind, Together Again and The Last Song I’m Wasting On You. The fourth is a previously unreleased demo of Good Enough, while Sweet Sacrifice (Remastered 2026) is also part of the rollout.
Evanescence’s rock identity meets a catalogue deep cut
The Open Door occupies a distinctive place in Evanescence’s rock catalogue. The band’s heavy guitars sit alongside orchestration, electronic textures, choral arrangements and piano-led writing across the album.
That combination makes the anniversary edition more than a simple remaster. For Evanescence, it connects an established rock sound with rarities and a demo that broaden the picture of how the record was developed.
Four additions map a deeper Open Door archive
The bonus material gives the release a clear archival focus without replacing the album itself. The original sequence remains central, while the added tracks extend its range through alternate material and a previously unheard recording.
The 2-LP version comes in deluxe gatefold packaging, and the edition includes digital and CD options alongside vinyl. The release announcement also confirms the 6 November 2026 date, Craft Recordings as label and the four-track expansion.
