Garth Brooks releases Double Live on vinyl on 6 November

Garth Brooks will release Double Live on vinyl on 6 November 2026, giving his 25-track live album its first vinyl edition. The package divides the recordings across two vinyl records and adds several cover options.

Garth Brooks brings Double Live to two vinyl records

The official vinyl announcement sets 6 November 2026 for the edition and describes it as the first vinyl issue of Double Live. The package contains two records with 25 live tracks from Brooks’ world tour.

Different covers will be offered, including a general version and retailer-exclusive designs. Some editions will use coloured vinyl, while Walmart will carry Double Double Live, a deluxe set pairing two vinyl albums with two CDs.

BroadwayWorld’s vinyl release details describe the project as a limited-time edition, making the November date a format change for an established live title rather than a new recording.

Garth Brooks connects country songwriting with live performance

Garth Brooks is an American country singer-songwriter from Tulsa, Oklahoma. The Country Music Hall of Fame profile identifies his self-titled debut as his first album and places the record within his rise in country music.

The debut includes The Dance and If Tomorrow Never Comes, songs that established the catalogue behind Brooks’ later live work. That connection is central to Double Live: the record preserves concert performances, while the vinyl edition foregrounds the performance format.

Double Live adds collector formats to the November release

The November edition extends the album into a physical format that suits its original scale. Two records provide the main configuration, while different covers and coloured-vinyl variants give the release several versions.

The Walmart deluxe set adds two CDs to the two vinyl albums. The central 25-track programme remains Double Live, linking the expanded packaging to the live album rather than presenting a separate studio project.
