Shania Twain expands Little Miss Twain on 9 October
The release leads with Who Do You Love, featuring folk duo The Milk Carton Kids. The other new additions are What’s Going On In There, Trippin’ On Good Luck, We Just Met, Hate That Way and The Places I’ll Go. Universal Music Canada’s release notice identifies the edition, its 9 October 2026 date and the six-song expansion.
BroadwayWorld also describes the 9 October 2026 release as an expanded version of Little Miss Twain. Its BroadwayWorld account names the Milk Carton Kids collaboration and the distinction between new recordings and former retail exclusives. The edition therefore carries both a new focus track and five additional titles around it.
Shania Twain’s country-pop roots shape the deluxe album
The album places Shania Twain’s country-pop identity alongside country, rock, soul and bluegrass. The 9 October 2026 deluxe edition extends that blend through songs shaped by childhood and teenage memories in Canada. That link between autobiographical writing and added material gives the expanded record a clear internal shape.
Universal Music Canada lists five Grammy awards and seven studio albums in its artist profile. It also identifies collaborators on the wider project, including Tanya Tucker, Ronnie Wood, Josh Homme, The War and Treaty and David Paich. The new edition keeps that collaborative frame while adding The Milk Carton Kids to the tracklist.
How six added songs reshape the Little Miss Twain sequence
The published tracklist contains 21 songs, and the six additions are listed after the original 15. Who Do You Love is the listed focus track, while the other additions broaden the record’s portrait of early memories and musical influences.
The release connects the new material to the album’s wider country-pop palette rather than presenting it as a separate project. Republic Records is named for Little Miss Twain, while the deluxe edition expands the same album narrative with six further songs.
