Etihad Live hosts The Chainsmokers after the race
The official Abu Dhabi announcement places the Grammy Award-winning duo at Etihad Live on Sunday, 6 December 2026. It identifies the appearance as one of the closing performances of the Formula 1 weekend and the Yasalam entertainment programme.
The concert follows the final chequered flag and completes the After-Race Concerts programme. A current Abu Dhabi line-up listing likewise names The Chainsmokers and The Script for the Sunday closing bill at Etihad Live on 6 December 2026.
The duo’s pop and electronic catalogue reaches Abu Dhabi
Alex Pall and Drew Taggart make up the duo, whose music combines electronic dance production with pop songwriting. An AllMusic biography describes the act as an American EDM, club and dance project formed in New York.
The Abu Dhabi organisers list Don’t Let Me Down, Paris, Something Just Like This and Closer among the act’s global hits. That catalogue gives the concert a direct link between the duo’s electronic identity and Yasalam’s mixed music programme.
The Script share The Chainsmokers’ Yasalam finale
The Script share the closing-night bill, creating a two-act programme at Etihad Live on 6 December 2026. Lewis Capaldi and Zara Larsson perform on 3 December 2026, while Imagine Dragons perform on 5 December 2026.
The Formula 1 weekend runs from 4 to 6 December 2026, with the Abu Dhabi race preceding the Sunday concert. The 2026 Abu Dhabi calendar entry places the race at the centre of the programme.
